Toy car wash

From the house

• Toy cars or plastic toys
• A tray of soapy water
• A sponge or old toothbrush
• A towel

How to play

1. Drive the “muddy” cars into the car wash.
2. They scrub each one with the sponge or toothbrush.
3. Rinse, then dry them with the towel.
4. Line the clean cars up in a parking lot.

Fit it to your child

• Easier: Use two or three big toys and do the drying together.
• Harder: Run it like a real car wash: they greet each driver, ask “Wash or polish?”, and hand back the clean car.
