From the house
- Masking, painter’s or washi tape

How to play
- Tear 10–15 short pieces of tape and stick them along the table edge.
- They peel them off one by one and stick them anywhere on the paper.
- Draw a few lines and see if they can stick tape along them.
- Name the colors and shapes they make.
Fit it to your child
- Easier: Fold over one end of each piece so there’s a tab to grab.
- Harder: They tear tape off the roll themselves and use it to stick on scraps of paper, foil and fabric: a collage with no glue.

Why it helps
Peeling tape trains the finger pinch they’ll need to hold a pencil, and placing each piece is their first design work.
